HEDIS is a set of performance measures originally used in healthcare to compare performance of health plans.
iHedis uses this same concept of standardized HEDIS criteria to score the health performance of an individual patient! Our medical staff has highly customized criteria suitable for quick and easy iHedis scoring.
Simply answer guided questions about the patient (gender, age, various conditions, etc.) and the application will assign an iHedis score from 0 to 5.
Note: This app does not permanently store any data at all about the scoring being performed. The data is used only during scoring and flushed once a final score is displayed! Also, no personally identifying information is collected at any time.
